Jenna Mullen is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a genuine love for people and a passion for improving the quality of life of those she meets. Jenna earned her Doctorate from The University of Texas Medical Branch in 2014. She has over 15-years of experience working in a wide variety of Physical Therapy settings throughout California, Texas, and Hawaii. She is committed to lifelong education and continuing to learn all the best solutions for her clientele.

Jenna learned the importance of Physical Therapy from personal experience. At the age of 12, she was diagnosed with idiopathic scoliosis and wore a back brace for a year. She struggled for years with hip, back and pelvic pain and spent hours stretching and exercising just to be “ok” but never really getting to the root of the problem. She also grew to believe she had a “small bladder” and struggled with bladder urgency from a very young age. In her mid-to-late 20’s, she began finding relief from these pains and bladder issues through her education and personal experience with Physical Therapy.

Over the years as a PT, she often treated women who had been struggling with pain and bladder issues for many years which had only grown worse over time. Her passion and drive to help people live their best lives brought her to start asking questions like, “what if these women had the education and help earlier in life? How much better would they feel about themselves and how much better would their life be now?” This began her desire to start Nalu Physical Therapy so she could educate women and help them prevent or improve personal issues so they can live their best life!
